Unless otherwise stipulated in writing, the realization of a purchase to Mi-greenhouse implies acceptance by the customer of these conditions. No stipulation made by the client may differ from those of Mi-Greenhouse if it has not been expressly accepted in advance and in writing by Mi-Greenhouse.
A purchase is not final until it is accepted by Mi-greenhouse. Jose German Caselles Mengual reserves the right of admission and cancellation of any order, being able to return the amount paid by the customer and being exempt from any other obligation.
Way to pay
The products will be paid in advance by credit card, bank transfer or otherwise, at the time of delivery (cash on delivery, 6% more of the total amount).
In order to make a payment by credit or debit card, it is necessary to use a card in which the "MasterCard SecureCode" or "Verified by VISA" secure payment systems have been activated, as appropriate. If you have questions about how to activate your card's secure payment system, check with your bank.
If you are experiencing problems to formalize a payment by card and wish to modify the payment method of your order, please contact our customer service via e-mail or by phone.
Mi-greenhouse will not ship any products until the Mi-greenhouse Administration Department has verified that the payment has been made or the payment method is cash on delivery.
The delivery will be considered made at the time the carrier has made the products available to the customer and he has signed the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to verify the products upon receipt and expose all the exceptions and claims that may be justified in the delivery receipt document.
Mi-greenhouse will send the products by the means it deems appropriate to fulfill its commitments.
A shipping charge will be applied depending on the selected delivery area and the weight of the package.
Generally, an order is sent (leaves our offices to destination) the next business day for those orders whose proof of payment has been sent to us before 12:00 noon. If proof of payment is sent after this time, two business days later. Destination delivery will be made depending on the destination area. In Peninsular Spain, it will be the business day following the day of shipment. For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the period may be increased by 2 or 3 more days. However, these terms are approximate and may vary for reasons beyond our company. Mi-greenhouse does not commit to any specific delivery period, since the shipping process depends on third parties.
If a delivery is going to take more than 5 business days, Mi-greenhouse will contact the customer to notify him and give him the option to cancel the order and receive his money back immediately by bank transfer.
In our portal we only sell products in stock, either in our own warehouse. However, the synchronization of the web with the stores is not instantaneous. In addition, in the period of time between a customer registering an order on the portal until we receive and process the proof of payment some product could be exhausted. Therefore, there could be an isolated case in which we cannot serve an order due to lack of stock.
When it is not possible to serve a product due to lack of stock, Mi-greenhouse will contact the customer to notify them, cancel the order and return their money immediately by bank transfer.
In these cases, the amount will always be returned to the customer and the order will be canceled. IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO MAINTAIN THE PRICE OF THE SOLD OUT PRODUCT TO SERVE WHEN THE STOCK IS REPLACED, since the price of the product changes at each replenishment depending on our purchase price.
During the first 7 business days after receipt of an order, the customer may return a product if it meets the following conditions:
Conditions of returns for private customers
Private customers, in accordance with the right of withdrawal referred to in article 18 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, will have a period of 7 business days from the receipt of the order to notify their desire for withdrawal of one or more Various products of your order.

All merchandise must be returned in perfect condition, without having been modified or customized by the customer, in its original packaging in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tapes.
Returns must be delivered at destination within 7 days after the date of acceptance of the return. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned. Transportation costs arising from the return will be borne by the customer.
Once analyzed the perfect condition of the merchandise, we will pay the amount of the product within a maximum period of 30 days. We do not return shipping costs.
Conditions of returns for companies
Companies may only return a product if it has not been unsealed, with its original packaging in perfect condition and all its accessories, as received. We do not accept returns of used or tested products.
The customer must send the product by their own means to our offices and, once analyzed the perfect condition of the merchandise, we will pay the amount of the product within a maximum period of 30 days. We do not return shipping costs.
Warranty conditions for private customers
The General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) establishes a minimum period of two years of guarantee, regardless of the guarantee offered by the manufacturer in the product sheet. The consumer can address both the seller and the manufacturer of the product during this period. The consumer and user have the right to repair the product, its replacement, the price reduction or the termination of the contract.
The customer is bound by the terms and conditions specified in the manufacturers' guarantees of the products that are the object of purchase through Mi-greenhouse. The warranty applies as long as the product is used under normal operating conditions determined by the manufacturers. Mi-greenhouse is not obliged to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of the use of the product, whether direct or indirect damage, accidents suffered by people, damage to goods outside the product, loss of profit or loss of profits, damages that come of a deterioration or loss of data.
If the defect of a product comes to light during the first 6 months from the delivery of the good, it is presumed that the anomaly already existed when it was purchased and the consumer does not have to prove anything. However, when the lack of conformity manifests itself after 6 months and in doubtful cases, the manufacturer or the seller may require an independent expert report to process the guarantee. In obvious cases of malfunction or irregular operation in warranty period there is no problem.

The warranties of the products are those established by the manufacturers, and they are in any case responsible for the possible failures or defects of the products supplied, as well as the possible consequences thereof. The customer is bound by the terms and conditions specified in the manufacturers' guarantees of the products that are the object of purchase through Mi-greenhouse. The warranty applies as long as the product is used under normal operating conditions determined by the manufacturers. Mi-greenhouse is not obliged to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of the use of the product, whether direct or indirect damage, accidents suffered by people, damage to goods outside the product, loss of profit or loss of profits, damages that come of a deterioration or loss of data.
Mi-greenhouse will not respond under any circumstances for possible failures or defects that the products provided may have. It will be the manufacturer himself who, with his guarantee, will respond to the possible damage that the product houses.
Shipping costs to our facilities will always be borne by the customer, since the law on consumer goods does not regulate the sale between companies.

Mi-greenhouse is not responsible for the personal information contained in a computer or storage unit. The Client is responsible for the data or information in the material to be repaired and for making the relevant backup copies.
Cases not covered by the guarantee:
- Defects and damage caused by external events, accidents, mainly accidents, wear and use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- Products modified or repaired by the Client or any other person not authorized by Mi-greenhouse.

These warranty conditions do not affect the statutory rights of the consumer covered by its applicable national legislation in force.

Limitation of Liability
